​Dee Dee Vanderwater hails from the Bozeman area of Montana and relocated to the Sunburst/Sweetgrass area when she assumed ownership of The Mint Bar. Trevor Noseworthy  grew up in Newfoundland, Canada, later relocating to Alberta for work. Dee Dee and Trevor met at The Mint Bar about one year after Dee Dee bought it. One year after that they were married in an intimate ceremony in Cour d'Alene, Idaho. Since then they have dedicated their lives to creating a friendly place for members of the community and travelers from around the world alike to  eat, drink, and enjoy life. 

During their spare time Dee Dee and Trevor have treated their personal home as a canvas for the creative art Dee Dee enjoys so much.

​Dee Dee and Trevor reduced hours at The Mint Bar and occupancy at their rentals a few years ago to begin phasing into retirement. They have now listed their home and business for sale, purchased an RV, and plan to enter full retirement while traveling the United States. They are looking for the perfect person(s) to assume responsibility for the legacy they have created in Montana's best kept secret of The Sweetgrass Hills and grow it into it's full potential.
